名中医传承工作室带教优化——以蔡业峰经验为例

Optimization of Teaching in Famous Chinese Medical Practitioner Inheritance Studios： Taking CAI Yefeng's Experience as an Example

摘要:

名中医传承工作室是中医药高层次人才培养与学术传承的重要平台，在推动中医药教育内涵式发展中发挥着积极作用。本文在梳理国家级、省级及地方名中医传承工作室发展现状与共性问题的基础上，系统总结蔡业峰广东省名中医传承工作室在本科实习生、研究生、住院医师规范化培训学员、进修学员与师承学员等多层次带教中的教学实践与运行成效，凝练平台建设、教学实施与评估体系等经验，提出优化策略，旨在为名中医传承工作室带教机制的完善与中医临床人才梯队建设提供参考。

Abstract： Famous Chinese medical practitioner inheritance studios are important platforms for the cultivation of high-level talents and academic inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）， and play an active role in promoting the connotative development of TCM education. After reviewing the current development status and common problems of national， provincial， and local famous Chinese medical practitioner inheritance studios， this paper systematically summarizes the teaching practices and operational outcomes of the CAI Yefeng Guangdong Provincial Famous Chinese Medical Practitioner Inheritance Studio in its multi-level teaching programs，covering undergraduate interns，postgraduate students，standardized residency training physicians，visiting trainees，and clinical apprentices. It synthesizes experiences in platform development， teaching implementation， and evaluation system， and puts forward optimization strategies，aiming to provide a reference for the improvement of the teaching mechanisms of famous Chinese medical practitioner inheritance studios and the construction of a tiered system of TCM clinical talent cultivation.
