介绍曹贵民教授运用温阳活血利水法从本-标-径分型论治慢性心力衰竭的临床经验。曹贵民教授认为，慢性心力衰竭的核心病机为本虚标实，以心肾阳气亏虚为本、血瘀水阻为标、气阴两虚为径，将慢性心力衰竭分为心肾阳虚、血瘀水阻、气阴两虚三型，治以益气温阳、活血利水、兼补气养阴为法。临证以自拟方心复宁Ⅳ号方为基础，灵活化裁，分型施治。

Abstract:

Abstract： This paper introduces Professor CAO Guimin's clinical experience in treating chronic heart failure by syndrome differentiation based on root，manifestation，and pathway from the perspective of warming yang，activating blood，and promoting diuresis. In the view of Professor CAO Guimin，the core pathogenesis of chronic heart failure is deficiency in root and excess in manifestation， with deficiency of heart-kidney yang qi as the root， blood stasis and fluid obstruction as the manifestation，and deficiency of qi and yin as the pathway. He classifies chronic heart failure into three types：heart-kidney yang deficiency，blood stasis and fluid obstruction，and deficiency of qi and yin. The therapeutic principle should be replenishing qi and warming yang，activating blood and promoting diuresis，combined with tonifying qi and nourishing yin. In clinical practice， treatment is based on the self-made formula XinfuningⅣ Prescription，with flexible modifications according to syndrome differentiation.
