摘要:

红景天苷是中藏药材红景天的核心成分，在心血管疾病治疗中具有广泛意义。红景天苷通过抗氧化应激、抑制炎症反应、调控一氧化氮代谢等多重机制发挥心血管保护作用，同时，其对抑制心肌纤维化具有重要作用。在临床应用中，其对冠心病、心肌缺血再灌注损伤等多种疾病有效，与其他药物联用可增强疗效。

Abstract：Salidroside is the core active component of Rhodiolae Crenulatae Radix et Rhizoma，a Chinese herbal medicine classified under the Tibetan subsystem of traditional Chinese medicine， and has broad significance in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases. Salidroside exerts cardiovascular protective effects through multiple mechanisms， including anti-oxidative stress， inhibition of inflammatory response， and regulation of nitric oxide metabolism. Meanwhile，it plays an important role in inhibiting myocardial fibrosis. In clinical application，it is effective in treating various diseases such as coronary heart disease and myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury， and its efficacy can be enhanced when combined with other drugs.
