柴胡疏肝散联合调神针法治疗肝郁型耳鸣临床研究

Clinical Study of Chaihu Shugan Powder Combined with Mind-Regulating Acupunc⁃ ture in Treating Tinnitus of Liver Stagnation Type

摘要:

目的：观察柴胡疏肝散联合调神针法治疗肝郁型耳鸣的临床效果。方法：选择2024年6月—2025年6月于宁波市北仑区人民医院医疗健康服务集团霞浦院区中医科和针灸科门诊就诊的60例肝郁型耳鸣患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组各30例。对照组予柴胡疏肝散加减治疗，治疗组予柴胡疏肝散联合调神针法治疗。2组均治疗4周。治疗前、治疗4周后评估耳鸣评价量表（TEQ） 评分、中医证候评分及焦虑自评量表（SAS） 评分，比较2组的临床疗效，观察不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗后，治疗组疗效优于对照组（P＜0.05）。2组TEQ评分、中医证候评分及SAS评分均较治疗前下降（P＜0.05）；治疗组TEQ评分、中医证候评分及SAS评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。2组均未见不良反应发生。结论：采用柴胡疏肝散联合调神针法治疗肝郁型耳鸣，可有效改善耳鸣及肝郁证相关中医证候、缓解焦虑情绪，提高临床疗效，且安全性良好。

Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with mind-regulating acupuncture in treating tinnitus of liver stagnation type. Methods：A total of 60 patients with tinnitus of liver stagnation type who visited the Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture and Moxibustion Departments of Xiapu Campus， Ningbo Beilun District People's Hospital Medical and Health Service Group， from June 2024 to June 2025 were selected as study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group using the random number table method，with 30 cases in each group. The control group received modified Chaihu Shugan Powder，while the treatment group received Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with mind-regulating acupuncture. Both groups were treated for four weeks. Tinnitus Evaluation Questionnaire （TEQ） scores，traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores， and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） scores were assessed before and after four weeks of treatment， and clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. The incidence of adverse reactions was observed in both groups. Results： After treatment，the efficacy of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group （P＜0.05）. TEQ scores， traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores， and SAS scores decreased in both groups after treatment （P＜0.05）， with lower scores in the treatment group （P＜0.05）. No adverse reactions were observed in either group.Conclusion： Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with mind-regulating acupuncture effectively alleviates tinnitus symptoms manifestations of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome related to liver stagnation type， and anxiety， improving clinical efficacy in patients with tinnitus of liver stagnation type.
