介绍曲凡教授运用“阳化气，阴成形”理论辨治多囊卵巢综合征子宫内膜容受性降低的临床经验。曲凡教授认为，本病核心病机属本虚标实，以脾肾阳虚为本、痰瘀互结为标、阴阳相失为果。治疗以“温阳化气以促其用，化痰祛瘀以调其形”为总纲，以自拟补肾填精方为基础，结合月经周期阴阳消长规律随症化裁，分期论治，验之临床，收效明显。

Abstract：This article introduces Professor QU Fan's clinical experience in differentiating and treating decreased endometrial receptivity in polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS） based on the theory of "yang governs qi-transformation， yin governs substance-formation. " Professor QU believes that the core pathogenesis of this condition involves root deficiency and branch excess， with spleen-kidney yang deficiency as the root， phlegm-stasis intermingling as the branch，and imbalance of yin and yang as the outcome. The treatment follows the general principle of "warming yang to transform qi for promoting function，resolving phlegm and dispelling stasis for regulating form." Using a self-formulated Bushen Tianjing Prescription as the foundation，stage-specific treatment is according to the syndrome and tailored to the menstrual cycle's yin-yang dynamics，achieving significant clinical efficacy.
