Introduction to FAN Ruiqiang's Experience in Treating Mucocutaneous Mycosis from the Perspective of Damp-Heat and Insect Toxin

介绍范瑞强教授从湿热虫毒论治皮肤黏膜真菌病的临床经验。范瑞强教授认为，皮肤黏膜真菌病的核心病机为湿热内蕴，虫毒侵袭，相互交结，浸淫肌肤黏膜所致。治疗时总体上应从湿热虫毒论治，以清热祛湿、杀虫解毒为要，以调理气血、润肤复形为辅，内外合治，可获良效。

Abstract： This paper introduces the clinical experience of Professor FAN Ruiqiang in treating mucocutaneous mycosis from the perspective of damp-heat and insect toxin. Professor FAN holds that the core pathogenesis of mucocutaneous mycosis is internal accumulation of damp-heat and invasion of insect toxin that bind with each other， leading to invasion of the skin and mucosa. In treatment，the disease should be treated mainly from the perspective of damp-heat and insect toxin，focusing on clearing heat and eliminating dampness，killing insects and resolving toxins， supplemented by regulating qi and blood，moistening the skin and restoring morphology. Combined internal and external treatment can achieve satisfactory effects.
