介绍陈小砖教授运用筋针结合中药治疗骨折术后功能障碍的临床经验。陈小砖教授提出骨折术后功能障碍的核心病机在于筋骨同损、气血瘀滞、脏腑失调。以“筋针疗法”作为核心外治手段，该法侧重于经筋所过、结聚之处施以针刺，通过松解软组织粘连，缓解肌肉痉挛与拘急，改善局部气血运行，从而恢复“筋柔骨正”的生理关系。同时，强调辨证论治，配合内服及外用中药的整体调理，以达调衡筋骨、行气活血、调补脏腑之效。

Abstract： This article introduces Professor CHEN Xiaozhuan's clinical experience in treating postoperative dysfunction after fracture using sinew acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine. Professor CHEN proposes that the core pathogenesis of postoperative dysfunction after fracture lies in concomitant injury to sinews and bones，qi and blood stagnation， and visceral disharmony. "Sinew acupuncture， " as the core external treatment method， focuses on needling the areas where the meridians and sinews pass and converge. By releasing soft tissue adhesions， alleviating muscle spasm and contracture， and improving local qi and blood circulation， it helps restore the physiological relationship of "sinew-soothing and bone-setting." Meanwhile，he emphasizes syndrome differentiation and treatment， integrating internal and external Chinese medicine for holistic regulation to achieve the effects of balancing sinews and bones，promoting qi and activating blood，and regulating and tonifying the viscera.
