Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine's Prevention and Treatment Strategies for Suboptimal Health Based on the Thought of "The Supreme Principle Lies in Subtlety" from Huang Di Nei Jing and Biological Holography Theory
Abstract: The thought of "the supreme principle lies in subtlety" originates from the Huang Di Nei Jing (The Yellow Emperor's Inner Classic). It means exploring prevention and treatment methods from the subtle aspects. The biological holography theory posits that local changes can reflect the overall state. The biological holography theory embodies the idea of "the supreme principle lies in subtlety" and provides theoretical guidance for the prevention and treatment of suboptimal health. To prevent and treat suboptimal health, one should focus on both physical and mental health maintenance, follow the principles of seasonal health preservation, and start from the subtle aspects such as sleep, diet, exercise, and emotional regulation, this achieving a dynamic balance of the body and mind as a whole, thereby achieving the goal of preventing diseases before they occur and preventing potential problems before they arise.
