紫草油联合硫酸镁湿热敷对CT 增强扫描造影剂外渗水肿消退及肿块吸收影响的研究

Study on Effect of Arnebiae Radix Oil Combined with Magnesium Sulfate Moist Warm Compress on Edema Resolution and Mass Absorption Caused by Contrast Medium Extravasation in Contrast-Enhanced CT Scanning

摘要:

目的：观察紫草油联合硫酸镁湿热敷对CT 增强扫描造影剂外渗水肿消退及肿块吸收的影响。方法：回顾性选择2023年1月—2024年3月丽水市人民医院收治的CT增强扫描造影剂外渗患者80例，按照不同治疗方案分为对照组与联合组各40例。对照组采用硫酸镁湿热敷治疗，联合组采用紫草油联合硫酸镁湿热敷治疗。比较2 组临床疗效、水肿消退、肿块吸收时间、肿胀程度、疼痛分级、静脉炎、并发症发生率。结果：治疗后，联合组总有效率为97.50% （39/40），对照组为82.50% （33/40），组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。联合组水肿消退、肿块吸收时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，2组肿胀分级均较治疗前改善（P＜0.05），且联合组肿胀分级改善优于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，2组疼痛分级均较治疗前改善（P＜0.05），且联合组疼痛分级改善优于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，联合组静脉炎分级改善优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗期间，联合组并发症发生率为5.00% （2/40），对照组为20.00%（8/40），2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：紫草油联合硫酸镁湿热敷可缓解CT增强扫描造影剂外渗患者的疼痛，缩短水肿消退、肿块吸收时间，同时可降低并发症发生率。

Abstract:

Abstract：Objective：To observe the effect of Arnebiae Radix oil combined with magnesium sulfate moist warm compress on edema resolution and mass absorption caused by contrast medium extravasation in contrast-enhanced CT scanning. Methods： A retrospective study was conducted on 80 patients with contrast medium extravasation during contrast-enhanced CT scanning admitted to Lishui People's Hospital from January 2023 to March 2024. They were divided into a control group and a combination group according to different treatment protocols，with 40 cases in each group. The control group received magnesium sulfate moist warm compress treatment， while the combination group received Arnebiae Radix oil combined with magnesium sulfate moist warm compress treatment. Clinical efficacy，edema resolution time， mass absorption time， swelling grading， pain grading， phlebitis grading， and complication incidence were compared between the two groups. Results：After treatment，the total effective rate was 97.50%（ 39/40） in the combination group and 82.50% （33/40） in the control group， with a significant difference between the two groups（ P＜0.05）. The edema resolution time and mass absorption time in the combination group were shorter than those in the control group，with statistically significant differences （P＜0.05）. After treatment，swelling grading improved in both groups compared to before treatment （P＜0.05），and the improvement in the combination group was superior to that in the control group （P＜0.05）. After treatment， pain grading improved in both groups compared to before treatment （P＜0.05）， and the improvement in the combination group was superior to that in the control group （P＜ 0.05）. After treatment，the improvement in phlebitis grading in the combination group was superior to that in the control group， with a statistically significant difference （P＜0.05）. During treatment， the complication incidence was 5.00% （2/40） in the combination group and 20.00% （8/40） in the control group， with a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P＜0.05）. Conclusion：Arnebiae Radix oil combined with magnesium sulfate moist warm compress can alleviate pain in patients with contrast medium extravasation during contrast-enhanced CT scanning， shorten the duration for edema resolution and mass absorption，and reduce the incidence of complications.
