基于数据挖掘分析宋氏妇科流派宋世华治疗不孕症的用药规律及学术特色

Analysis of Medication Patterns and Academic Characteristics of SONG Shihua from SONG's Gynecology School in Treating Infertility Based on Data Mining

摘要:

目的：基于数据挖掘分析宋氏妇科流派宋世华（以下尊称宋师） 治疗不孕症的的用药规律及学术 特色。方法：运用中医传承计算平台V3.5构建数据库，对2021年1月1日—2024年12月31日宋师在浙江中医 药大学附属第三医院及宋世华名老中医工作室治疗不孕症的病案进行数据挖掘及分析。结果：获得处方1 133首， 包含中药237味，使用频次较高的药物有当归、炙甘草、白芍等29味。补虚类药物居多，甘味之品最频，温性 药最多，多归肝、脾、肾经；关联规则发现核心中药11味；聚类分析发现宋师治疗不孕症的3个核心处方。 结论：宋氏妇科流派治疗不孕症强调“治病求本，调经种子”。宋师治疗不孕症以肝、脾、肾三脏为纲目，尤 重“补肾培元”以固生殖之本，以“融合经方、古方新用”“三因制宜、分阶段施治、轻灵清补”为学术特色， 其临床具体治疗及用药特色与理论认识具备良好的一致性。

Abstract:

Abstract： Objective： To analyze the medication patterns and academic characteristics of Master SONG Shihua （hereinafter respectfully referred to as Master SONG） from the SONG's Gynecology School in the treatment of infertility based on data mining. Methods：The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing System V3.5 was used to establish a database. Data mining and analysis were performed on the medical records of infertility treated by Master SONG at The Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University and the SONG Shihua Famous Veteran traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） Physician Studio from January 31， 2021， to December 31， 2024. Results：A total of 1 133 prescriptions were obtained，involving 237 Chinese medicinal herbs. Twenty-nine herbs with high frequency of use were identified，including Angelicae Sinensis Radix，Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata cum Melle，and Paeoniae Radix Alba. Medicinals for supplementing deficiency were the most common；sweet-flavored medicinals were the most frequently used； warm-nature medicinals were the most numerous； and the medicinals mainly entered the liver，spleen，and kidney meridians. Association rules revealed 11 core medicinals. Cluster analysis identified three core prescriptions for Master SONG's treatment of infertility. Conclusion： The SONG's Gynecology School emphasizes "treating disease by addressing its root cause and regulating menstruation to promote conception" in the treatment of infertility. Master SONG's treatment of infertility takes the liver， spleen， and kidney as the guiding principles， with particular emphasis on "supplementing the kidney and cultivating the original qi" to consolidate the foundation of reproduction. His academic characteristics are "integrating classical formulas with innovative applications，" "tailoring treatment to the individual， time， and local conditions， " and applying "light， flexible， and gentle tonifying methods. " His specific clinical treatments and medication characteristics show good consistency with his theoretical understanding.
